Amy Elizabeth Childs is a freelance Television Presenter and Broadcast Journalist. After graduating with a BA (HONS ) degree in 'Media and Performance' she has embarked on an exciting career, with a wealth of studio and on location experience.

Amy's most successful projects include sourcing, writing and delivering international news updates for a global television channel, hosting topical debate shows, interviewing high profile public figures and live coverage of the 2010 General Elections.

A strong background in Entertainment and Lifestyle Television Amy co-hosted 'Shine' a mid-morning lifestyle show for two years, live and unscripted this position allowed her to become at ease with interviewing many high profile public figures and celebrities, in addition to members of the general public. Always hands on and ready for a challenge, presenting work has seen Amy feed Lions, learn to Salsa and Jive dance,  complete a military fitness regime and organise major children's charity events. Her energetic and infectious personality meant a leading New York producer asked her to review the London social scene for Bravo.

Ready to travel, Amy has delivered presentations and seminars across Europe (London, Copenhagen, Dublin) and reported on poverty situations from dangerous locations within Asia (in addition to hosting as series of live broadcasts from Pakistan). Passionate about helping others Amy recently worked in the poorest slums in Kenya.

Affluent with an autocue whilst equally comfortable completely ad-libbing, Amy has a strong understanding of production methods; having herself produced full packages. Hugely creative and ready to suggest original ideas Amy is a hugely motivated, professional individual.
